We want you to be happy with AI Hexman. Because we offer digital study services with instant access, our refund rules are simple and are explained below. This policy covers the AI Hexman Pro plan ($3 per month).
02Try Before You Pay
You can register and start free without a card. We encourage you to explore the tools first so you know exactly what you are buying.
03Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- After cancelling, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period.
04When You Can Get a Refund
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if:
- you were charged but could not access your Pro features, and we could not fix it;
- you were charged twice or by mistake;
- the platform was not working as described and we were unable to resolve the issue.
Eligible duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full, whenever they are reported.
05When Refunds Are Not Given
- Change of mind after you have used the Pro features during the billing period;
- renewal charges you did not cancel before the renewal date;
- accounts closed for breaking our Terms & Conditions;
- problems caused by your device, internet connection or third-party services.
06How to Request a Refund
- Email support@hexmanai-tutor.com from your registered email address.
- Include your name, the payment date and the transaction reference.
- Briefly tell us the reason.
We review requests within 3 to 5 working days.
07How Refunds Are Paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take 5 to 10 working days to show in your account.
