01About AI Hexman

AI Hexman (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online study platform for Cambridge O-Level and A-Level students, operated by Brainnova Studios, Pakistan. It offers five tools: eBook Library, AI Curriculum, Past Papers & Mark Schemes, AI Examiner and AI Buddy.

By creating an account or using hexmanai-tutor.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

02Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must give accurate details when registering and keep your login private.
  • If you are under 18, you must use AI Hexman with the permission of a parent or guardian.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been misused.
  • One account is for one student. Sharing logins is not allowed.

03Subscription and Payments

  • You can start for free. Full access to all tools is available with the paid plan, AI Hexman Pro at $3 per month.
  • Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Subscriptions renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • We may change prices or features. We will give notice before any change affects you.

04How You May Use the Platform

You agree not to:

  • copy, resell, share or publicly post our content, tools or AI answers;
  • use bots, scrapers or any automated method to collect content;
  • try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform;
  • use AI Buddy or any tool to harass others, cheat in a real exam, or share unlawful or harmful content.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

05AI-Generated Content

AI Curriculum, AI Examiner and AI Buddy use artificial intelligence. Answers are meant to help you learn, but AI can sometimes be incomplete or wrong. Please check important facts against your textbook, syllabus or teacher.

AI Buddy is not a medical or counselling service. It offers study support and encouragement only. If you feel unsafe or are in crisis, please speak to a trusted adult or a qualified professional.

We do not guarantee any exam result or grade.

06Past Papers, eBooks and Third-Party Content

AI Hexman is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Cambridge University Press & Assessment or Cambridge CAIE. Past papers, mark schemes and books remain the property of their respective owners and are provided for personal study only.

07Our Intellectual Property

The AI Hexman name, logo, design, software and original content belong to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own study while your account is active.

08Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, interruptions, or decisions made on the basis of AI answers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

09Termination

You can stop using AI Hexman and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we must stop the service. Sections that by nature should continue (such as intellectual property and liability) will remain in effect.

10Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
